Saturday

Breakfast

Lunch

– 2 cups of salad (arugula, greens, tomato

Snack

– 180 ml of yogurt
– ¼ of pumpkin seeds

Dinner

– ½ cup of steamed veggies (broccoli and spinach)

Sunday

Breakfast

– 200 ml of almond milk or a pear with yogurt
– a cup of green tea

Lunch

– 250 ml of water
– veggie soup with beans, potatoes, pepper, onion, celery and carrot
– 200 g of grilled chicken
– 150 g of pickles

Dinner

– integral flour pastry
– nettle tea
– carrot and beet salad with lemon juice dressing
