Ingredients:

– ½ cup of bentonite clay
– ½ cup of Epsom salt
– essential oils (optional)

Preparation:

Dissolve the salt in hot water and add the essential oils. Mix the clay with a little water using a wooden spoon (make sure you don’t use metal). Add the clay to the bath and soak your feet in it for 20 minutes.

– 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
– 1 tablespoon of dried ginger powder

Preparation:

Full your bath tub with hot water and add the ingredients and stay in it for about 30 minutes. This bath is excellent for soothing the body as well as healing allergies or skin irritations.
